Chef Cruz debuted his first pop-up event at Kin Event Space, an exquisite wine-pairing dinner in honor of Valentine's Day. Drawing inspiration from his fine-dining background, Cruz crafted a five-course menu featuring luxe ingredients such as caviar, sea urchin, foie gras, truffles, and lobster. The wine pairings were expertly curated by Chris Grocki, adding the perfect complement to the already impressive menu.
