Following his work at other establishments, Chef Cruz was ready to create something entirely his own. This new journey, which eventually evolved into Shell Experiences, began with a series of pop-up dining events under Chef Cruz's personal brand. Chef Cruz's desire to provide exceptional experiences and to explore unique ways of elevating the fine dining experience initially inspired his first pop-up events and has since become the central mission behind Shell Experiences, Private Events, and our forthcoming restaurant location.
